We would recommend.

The staff were great and there were lots of sports activities to take part in.

It was a great holiday but the beds were very uncomfortable. We also tried to do archery several times but kept being told it was the wrong time of day.

The pool area was excellent and with such a large pool it was always easy to get some lengths in without having to dodge other swimmers. A great place to unwind for a few days after exploring the old city.

So good we can’t wait to go back !!

The location was great, 25ish minutes into the Medina with the complimentary shuttle bus. Hotel had everything you needed to keep everyone occupied, kids club to pool side games. The staff make this hotel! They couldn’t be more attentive, knowledgeable, accommodating and wonderfully welcoming! They all were excellent with our children and made a point to remember the little things.

Wouldn’t say ‘didn’t like’ but a few bits seemed tired. Nothing drastic; chipped tile here and there and our shower had a leak so nothing that couldn’t be fixed in a jiffy.

Great food, lovely people, but disappointing child care

- We had a family room and it was excellent. Plenty of room, living room space and bedroom space. Even though they are not fully separated, it was comfortable for us and 2 children. The cot we got had a proper mattress so it was comfortable for the baby as well. - Moroccan food is just amazing, three main meals were great. Snacks in between were not great. - Evening entertainment was lovely - great guitar players, some interesting shows.

- Kids club was a major disappointment - it was the main selling point for us as we expected our 4 year old would spend a lot of time there. However, the lady running the club had some very strange rules - all toys were neatly presented on the shelves at any given time and if kids wanted to play with them, they had to ask first. The kids were not allowed to play on the floor, they had to sit at the table?! We were not allowed to take a ball outside on the grass?! Every time we asked why, she would say those are the hotel rules. Our son was too scared of her to stay on his own so we didn't get the childcare that is advertised and that we paid for. Another thing to note - they advertise free childcare for kids over 4 yo from 9am to 5pm, but don't mention they have a break 12pm - 3pm. - Snacks between main meals need improvement - very bland and repetitive (mostly pastries and sandwiches). - Kid's pool was not heated so it was freezing - as a result, our kids and all other kids were playing in the big pool.

Very relaxing- the staff was exceptional!

We had cappuccino coffee in the mornings. It seemed to have a sweet taste-perhaps chocolate. It was tasty but not what we expected.

Created New Memories with my girlfriends

The decor was amazing, The grounds were to die for. The resort was very clean, and the staff was always willing to help.

The standard room was too small in size. I shared a room with my friend. There was no standard table to put things on. The buffet restaurant could do with more international options. The air conditioning was poor in my room. My room was 2210.

Great, especially for dance addicts

Lots of facilities, nice landscaping, good food.

Entertainment crew is very much "into dance" and not so much into sports. Too bad, because there are so many sports facilities, but they only organize 30 mins of water polo per day. No football, volleyball, tennis or archery tournaments or games, but a lot of dance activities.

Overall a very good experience for both adults and kids

Very friendly staff all over

The dinner starts to late There were ants in our room, we called the reception twice. They would send somebody over, but nobody came at all. So we needed to fix it ourself.

Staff are excellent. Ilyas and reception were so helpful in many ways. The ambience of the hotel is outstanding. This was our 2nd stay and we will return.

Wonderful

beautiful hotel, the bar staff and entertainment were fantastic. Special thanks to Ahmed from the bar!

Cocktails could be better if made with fresh fruit rather than syrup. A few spirits were not included in the all inc package either.
